Yes — programme rescues are one of our most common entry points. We run a diagnostic sprint (typically 3–4 weeks) to assess root causes, then present an honest recovery plan. We have taken over stalled SAP rollouts, cloud migrations that exceeded budget, and digital transformation programmes where adoption had collapsed. We will tell you upfront if we believe a programme is unrecoverable.

We frequently operate as an independent oversight layer alongside a primary SI — providing programme assurance, QA, and stakeholder challenge that the SI cannot objectively provide for its own work. We also integrate into existing vendor-led workstreams where our specialist expertise fills a specific gap.
We hold no reseller agreements and receive no referral fees from any technology vendor. Vendor selection is run as a structured evaluation against your specific functional, technical, and commercial requirements. We will recommend the option that best fits your constraints — including recommending against a vendor we have deep expertise in if it is not the right tool for your situation.
At the start of each engagement we agree a set of measurable outcomes — go-live date, process KPIs, adoption targets, cost savings. Our fees are structured against milestones tied to those outcomes. If we deliver ahead of schedule, you benefit. If scope drifts beyond what was agreed, we issue a change order before proceeding — there are no surprise invoices.
Yes. Our Application Management Services (AMS) practice provides post-go-live support, continuous improvement, and release management for SAP and cloud environments. AMS engagements are priced separately from transformation programmes and can be structured as short-term hypercare or long-term retained support.
