Our story

Built for the hard programmes.

NGV Nova was founded in 2008 after its founder spent a decade running enterprise SAP programmes inside the Big Four — and grew frustrated watching clients pay premium rates for senior partners who appeared at kick-off and review meetings, while junior teams without the relevant industry experience did the actual delivery work.

The model at NGV Nova is deliberately different. Every client engagement is led by a Principal or Director who has delivered comparable programmes before. We are deliberately mid-sized — large enough to staff complex multi-workstream programmes, small enough that the partners who sign the contract are the people running the delivery.

Today we operate across Europe and North America, with practices covering SAP and enterprise ERP, cloud engineering, digital transformation, and data and AI. In 18 years, our client retention rate has never dropped below 90%.

Senior-led delivery

Every programme is staffed with Principal and Director-level consultants. The expertise you see in the pitch is the expertise running your programme — not a bait-and-switch to graduates once the contract is signed.

Outcome pricing

We price against business outcomes that were agreed at the start of the engagement. If scope drifts without a signed change order, it is our problem to manage — not yours to absorb through an ever-growing time-and-materials invoice.

Vendor neutrality

We hold no reseller agreements and receive no referral fees. Every technology recommendation is made on its merits and within your specific constraints — and we will tell you when a vendor's product is not the right fit, even if the vendor is one of our platform partners.

Honest conversations

If a programme is in trouble, we say so — to you, not to each other. If a proposal is overscoped or the timeline is unrealistic, we will flag it before the contract is signed. Enterprise transformation is hard enough without advisors who tell you what you want to hear.
